1About the Programme

The 234Deals Growth Partner Programme is designed to empower individuals to promote the 234Deals marketplace, support business growth, introduce vendors and buyers to the platform, and contribute to the expansion of the 234Deals community. Participation in the programme does not create an employment relationship between you and 234Deals.

2Eligibility

To participate in the programme, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Have a valid email address and phone number.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• Maintain a professional standard of conduct.

234Deals reserves the right to reject or remove any applicant at its sole discretion.

3Application & Approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the programme. All applications are reviewed individually. 234Deals may approve an application, reject an application, request additional information, or conduct verification before approval. The decision of 234Deals regarding programme acceptance shall be final.

4Independent Relationship

Growth Partners are independent participants. Nothing in this Agreement creates employment, partnership, agency, joint venture, or franchise. Growth Partners are responsible for their own expenses, taxes, and business activities unless otherwise stated by 234Deals.

5Responsibilities of Growth Partners

As a Growth Partner, you agree to:

• Represent 234Deals honestly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about the platform.
• Respect customers, vendors, and other partners.
• Follow all programme policies.
• Protect confidential information.
• Maintain the reputation of 234Deals.

6Prohibited Conduct

Growth Partners must NOT:

• Misrepresent 234Deals.
• Make false promises or guarantees.
• Charge unauthorised fees.
• Create fake accounts or generate fraudulent referrals.
• Misuse company branding or spam individuals/businesses.
• Harass customers or publish misleading advertisements.
• Share confidential company information or engage in illegal/unethical conduct.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the programme.

7Referral Programme

Growth Partners may receive a unique referral code or referral link. Referrals will only be recognised when tracked through the official 234Deals referral system. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent registrations, or any attempt to manipulate the referral system are strictly prohibited. 234Deals reserves the right to cancel any referral that is determined to be invalid.

8Commissions & Rewards

Where applicable, Growth Partners may receive commissions or rewards for eligible referrals. Commissions are subject to:

• Successful verification.
• Compliance with programme rules.
• Completion of qualifying actions.
• Fraud prevention checks.

234Deals reserves the right to modify commission structures, incentives, or payment schedules at any time. Commissions generated through fraud or abuse will be cancelled.

9Payments

Payments will be made according to the official commission policy. 234Deals may require identity verification before processing payments. Growth Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

10Training

Growth Partners may be required to complete onboarding and training before accessing certain programme benefits. Training materials remain the intellectual property of 234Deals and may not be copied, redistributed, or sold without written permission.

11Certificates

Certificates issued through the programme recognise successful completion of designated training or achievement milestones. Certificates do not constitute employment, do not represent professional licensing, and may be revoked if obtained through fraud or misconduct.

12Marketing Materials

Growth Partners may use official marketing materials provided by 234Deals. Partners may not modify official logos without permission, create misleading promotional content, use unofficial branding, or present themselves as employees of 234Deals.

13Confidentiality

During participation in the programme, Growth Partners may gain access to confidential information including business strategies, internal documents, vendor/customer information, pricing information, marketing plans, and training resources. Such information must not be disclosed without written authorisation.

14Privacy

234Deals collects personal information (name, contact details, location, referral activity, training progress, and performance info) for programme administration. Your information will be handled responsibly and used in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

15Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, documents, videos, training materials, software, and branding remain the exclusive property of 234Deals. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

16Suspension & Termination

234Deals may suspend or terminate participation if a Growth Partner violates these Terms, commits fraud, misuses company resources, harms the reputation of 234Deals, engages in illegal activity, or abuses customers or vendors. Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect the integrity of the programme.

17Limitation of Liability

Participation in the programme is voluntary. 234Deals does not guarantee income, sales, business opportunities, future commissions, or employment. Individual results depend on effort, skills, market conditions, and compliance with programme requirements.

18Changes to the Programme

234Deals reserves the right to update these Terms, modify programme features, introduce new policies, change commission structures, and update training requirements. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
